ok. so since i don't know shit about html and webpage-making, i figured a blog would be the easiest way to keep interested people updated.
so here it is.
in january earlier this year magnus of nomethod records asked me if i wanted to release a solo-album. After thinking about it for a while i accepted, and since then i've been working with writing new material. i'm currently trying to come up with a moniker, but for now i have nothing. i mean, rob stewart would be cool but also lame. and someone would probably sue me.
for now i can tell you that the album will be called "Young Punks are on the Never-Never", will be kind of diverse and for the moment features guest-performances by japanese electronica-artist Cokiyu and kick-ass-rawk-drummer Oskar Sandlund.
it's hard to find the time to work with the album since i'm working full time with old people and Mixtapes & Cellmates have a few things lined up this fall, so i don't dare to set a release-date. but hopefully it will be out this fall/winter.
now i'll go sleep. i'm super-tired. goodnight. /robert

what i´ve heard of this album it´s hopefully gonna be a major breakthrough. so keep up the good quality of your creating and don´t rush the realease of the album we all looking forward to.
